L’Olivier is an elegant country house of over 200 m², recently restored to combine authentic charm with modern comfort. The house features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, central heating, and air conditioning. Set on a vast 3.4-hectare estate, it offers peace, privacy, and beautiful outdoor spaces. The house shares a large infinity pool (7 x 15 m) with two neighboring gîtes, accommodating up to 15 guests in total. On the ground floor, enjoy a spacious living area with fireplace, wood stove, satellite TV, DVD player, and exposed stone walls. A glassed-in veranda with woodland views completes the relaxation space. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, stovetop, fridge-freezer, and both Nespresso and Senseo coffee machines. The 4 bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements: queen-size beds, a canopy bed, and single beds. Three modern bathrooms are available, one of which is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. The property also offers internet access, a barbecue, bicycles, washing machine, dryer, baby cot, high chair, and everything you need for a family or group stay surrounded by nature.

Le Palmier is a charming 145 m² character house, elegantly furnished with beautiful exposed oak beams. This historic home provides a comfortable and authentic setting with 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, and modern amenities. Air conditioning is available in the south-facing master bedroom and in the living room. The large private terrace, equipped with a table, barbecue, parasol, and comfortable armchairs, overlooks a secure, enclosed garden—ideal for children. The 60 m² living/dining area features a relaxation space with a 65-inch 4K TV and 4K Blu-ray player. The master bedroom has a fireplace likely dating back to the house’s construction in 1790, a king-size bed, an antique desk, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom offers two single beds, a desk, and storage. An extra bed in the living room, a baby cot, a playpen, and a high chair are also available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator, and both Nespresso and Senseo coffee machines. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub, with separate toilets. The property also provides internet access, on-site bicycles, a barbecue, a hairdryer, and access to a shared swimming pool.

Domaine du Trabet is a 14-hectare estate surrounded by vineyards, corn, and sunflower fields, offering a peaceful and authentic countryside atmosphere. The swimming pool is perfect for families and children. With spacious terraces, a pool house, and trees providing natural shade, it is a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the summer. Our guests have free access to several mountain bikes with helmets, tennis rackets, and pétanque sets. Tennis courts in nearby villages can also be used. The estate is near vineyards and the foothills of the Montagne Noire, making it ideal for cycling tours, walks, and discovering the surrounding nature. Shops and services are just a few minutes away by car in neighboring villages, including bakeries, butchers, supermarkets, and a post office. Carcassonne, only a 10-minute drive away, offers several large supermarkets and many shops, cafés, and restaurants in the town center and around the famous medieval Cité. Le Laurier is a beautifully renovated 125 m² house on two floors. Once the winemaker’s residence from the 18th century, it combines traditional charm with modern comfort. The house has a private entrance via the garden terrace and a second access from the courtyard. Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms offer comfortable beds, wardrobes, antique desks and chairs, with Italian Bassetti bed linen throughout. The large bathroom features a bathtub, shower, double wash basin, and heated towel rail. Separate toilets, washing machine, tumble dryer, and central heating are also available. Please bring your own pool towels. A mandatory cleaning fee applies per stay, available for an extra fee.
